Do you enjoy a good homemade cobbler?

Well, then you’re in the right place because homemade cobbler is “da bomb” and especially blueberry!

This is one of the easiest blueberry cobblers I have ever made and it is now my go-to recipe.

The recipe is quite simple and only involves a few ingredients, most of which you may already have on hand!

Utensils needed:
Large bowl and whisk
Or you can use a hand or stand mixer

Ingredients:

You will need the following:
  1. 1 Qt. blueberry pie filling ( you can also substitute 2 cans or any quarts of fruit you have on hand).
  2. 1 1/2 cups sugar
  3. 1 cup self-rising flour ( you can make your own by removing 1 Tbls. of flour and replacing it with 1 Tbs. of baking powder).
  4. 1 Tbls. Vanilla extract
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. 1 stick butter (melted)

This cobbler can be maybe with just about any fruit you like. I’ve made it with peaches, apples, blackberries, and even fruit cocktail!

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with Pam. You can also grease and flour your pan. (I have made this in a variety of baking dishes so if you’d like it thinner then try a 13×9.)

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, vanilla, sugar, flour, and milk. Next, pour the batter into your prepared baking dish.

After this is done pour the blueberry pie filling on top of the batter and bake for 30 minutes. The batter will rise above the fruit and get really juicy.
